From Machining, Fabricating to Coating we offer a complete turnkey product for filters requiring rigid adaptation and parts needing non-conductive coatings, texture, and polishing finishes. We have machines capable of manufacturing numerous alloys and plastics for many different industries.  Low volume to high production CNC requirements are no problem.

Our pleating machines can produce pleated paper, micro-glass, polyester and wire mesh medias with pleat heights  from .250" to 2.00" and lengths up to 44".  Filters are individually bagged to help reduce environmental contaminants and packaged to allow most any person to handle with ease.

Our efficient service and friendliness  help insure prompt deliveries and comforting communication.

Normal manufactured filters are generally shipped the same day or the next day and non- stocking items are usually shipped between 4 - 5 working days. Machined parts are produced and shipped at lead times approved by our customers.
